Smart Route Planner for Zoho CRM helps sales and field teams quickly plan optimized travel routes directly from CRM records. Instead of manually copying addresses into map applications, users can instantly convert leads, contacts, or accounts into an efficient travel route with just a few clicks.
The extension automatically retrieves addresses stored in Zoho CRM and calculates the best route to minimize travel time and distance. Users can also choose the correct address type—such as Billing or Shipping for accounts and Mailing or Other for contacts—ensuring accurate navigation.
Once a route is generated, the extension displays key insights, including total distance, estimated travel time, and number of stops, along with a visual route map for easy planning.
For on-the-go navigation, a mobile-friendly navigation link and QR code are generated, allowing users to quickly open the optimized route in Google Maps for turn-by-turn directions.
