We've added two key functionalities: the ability to read the latest thread of an email and provide sentiment analysis for it with a single click, and a button labeled Overall Summary that reads all the threads within an email conversation and generates a comprehensive sentiment analysis report. These features empower agents to understand the context and sentiment of customer interactions efficiently, enabling more informed and empathetic responses.
